1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CertiFlyNow (certiflynow.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CertiFlyNow provides an online tool for generating bulk PDF certificates from Excel participant lists and custom templates. Users receive 15 free certificates per month. Additional certificates are available for purchase at €0.04 per certificate.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering and using the service
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and not to generate fraudulent certificates
  • Not attempt to circumvent the credit system or payment requirements

4. Credits & Payments

Free credits (15/month) reset on the 1st of each month and do not carry over. Purchased credits do not expire. All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Refunds are not provided for purchased credits that have already been used.

5. Intellectual Property

The certificate templates you upload remain your property. CertiFlyNow claims no ownership over your uploaded content. The CertiFlyNow platform, logo, and software are the intellectual property of CertiFlyNow.

6. Limitation of Liability

CertiFlyNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data and certificates will be permanently removed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Greece.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
