Getting Started

Simply sign in with your Google account — no registration form, no credit card needed. You'll immediately get 15 free certificates to use this month.

No. CertiFlyNow works entirely in your browser. It works on Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile devices.

You need two things: (1) An Excel file (.xlsx) with participant names in Column A, and (2) A certificate template image (JPG or PNG) as the background.

Canva offers excellent free certificate templates at canva.com/create/certificates. Design yours, leave the name area blank, and download as PNG.

Excel & Participants

Your Excel file should have participant names in Column A. Row 1 can be a header (e.g., "Full Name"). Data starts from Row 2. Save as .xlsx format.

No. CertiFlyNow only needs names. If you want to email certificates to participants, you can add emails in Column B, but it's optional.

CertiFlyNow automatically handles duplicates by appending a number (e.g., Certificate_John_Smith_2.pdf) to avoid overwriting.

There's no technical limit on the number of names in your Excel file. The limit is your available credits — one credit per certificate.

CertiFlyNow supports all languages including Greek, Arabic, Cyrillic, Chinese, and all accented Latin characters. Names are rendered using Unicode fonts.

Credits & Pricing

You get 15 free certificates every month. These reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

You can purchase credit packs starting from just $0.04 per certificate with the 500-pack. Credits never expire.

We offer: 50 credits for $2.50, 100 credits for $5.00, 250 credits for $11.25 (10% off), and 500 credits for $20.00 (20% off — best value at $0.04/cert).

No. Purchased credits never expire. Only the free monthly credits reset.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal through our secure PayPal checkout.

Refunds are not available for credits that have already been used. If you have unused credits and an issue with the service, please contact us.

Certificate Generation

JPG and PNG formats are accepted. For best print quality, use high-resolution images (at least 150 DPI).

Yes. CertiFlyNow supports both landscape (A4 297×210mm) and portrait (A4 210×297mm) orientations.

Use the sliders in the name formatting section. The live preview updates in real-time so you can see exactly where the name will appear before generating.

Yes. Enable "Auto article" to automatically detect and prepend Mr./Ms. (English), Herr/Frau (German), M./Mme (French), or ο/η (Greek) based on name endings.

Yes. Enable "Show date" to automatically add today's date on the certificate. You can customize the position, size, color, and format.

All certificates are generated as individual PDF files and delivered as a single ZIP archive for easy downloading and distribution.

Account & Privacy

Yes. We use HTTPS encryption, store data on EU servers, and never share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. Contact us at info@certiflynow.com and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.

Yes. All your projects are saved in your dashboard. You can re-download certificates from any previous project at any time.

Yes, participant names are stored as part of your project so you can re-download certificates later. You can delete a project at any time to remove all associated data.
